Eyes Of Eden
Biography
Eyes of Eden were assembled in 2006 by noted heavy metal producer Waldemar Sorychta, whose lengthy credits list bands like Lacuna Coil, Moonspell, Tiamat, Rotting Christ, Samael, Sentenced, Therion, and Sentenced, as well as guitar-toting duties with old-school thrashers Despair, groove metal crew Grip, Inc., and prog-minded extremists Enemy of the Sun. Even with this busy schedule, the German-born Sorychta apparently still had some Eastern-flavored goth rock songs left over, so he recruited vocalist Franziska Huth, bassist Alla Fedynitch (also Atrocity, Leaves' Eyes, Disillusion, Enemy of the Sun), and drummer Tom Diener for Eyes of Eden and the recording of 2007's Faith album, released through Century Media. ~ Eduardo Rivadavia, All Music Guide

Eyes of Eden has pretty cool music. Nightwish is awesome too.

Another good goth metal band is Nightwish if you want to check them out. Eyes of Eden came up on a station I seeded with them.

I am pretty sure this is her first band she's been in. I read up a bit on them. Then again, I might be wrong... It's been known to happen. ^_^

Yes, t snausage; but where have I heard that voice before? Wikipedia says 'Eyes of Eden is a German gothic metal band founded in 2005 by multi-instru m e n t a l i s t and record producer Waldemar Sorychta. Sorychta initially chose Sandra Schleret as the singer, but she became ill and could not finish the recordings for the first studio album. She was replaced by the then-unknown 20-year-old Franziska Huth.' What else has she done? I SWEAR I've heard her before!

I love the melodic goth metal bands, and this ranks up there with Lullacry, and Xandria. Definitely a band I'll be watching!
