Any band with the word "Goth" in its name has to good! These guys even have it right in the front - with creepy letters even - just to further state their hard core gothiness. Fantastic!!

3 1/2 stars - they're a little like a B-Rate horror movie, but, I rather like that quality. Gothminister has it's own take on damnation. While their sound is not necessarily uncharted territory in the nihilistic goth scene, it is different enough to make it unique and refreshing. If you dig the movie The Prophecy, or like to drink Absinthe and then play with Ouija boards, or own a bookmarked copy of Dante's Divine Comedy, then you'd probably like Gothminister .

I think their song 'The Calling' at first can be kinda cheesy. But these guys are pretty heavy, and that's what I'm liking. That and more. :)

I was at their first American tour in PA, a club called "Shampoo" in Philly. Listen to them ever since. AWESOME !
