Both Joaquin and Reese channeled Johnny and June better than anyone else could have, probably. They nailed it as we say in the acting business. The music can stand on it's own for sure, and their actors!

Joaquin Phoenix does not sound like Johnny Cash. It sucks that I have to lose the Johnny Cash songs if i want to avoid Joaquin Phoenix' crappy covers! This system needs improvement.

I love Joaquin's style -- he's inspired, and he's good. Hope he keeps up the good work! And, man, did he pick some good music to sing!

I think Mr. Phoenix does a great job. ALl I have to say is " If you don't like it don't listen!" I like it and I think did an honor to Mr. Cash.

Reese does a good job but that hairlip dork doesnt look or sing anything like Johnny. It is an insult that he was able to sell his CD of bad Karaoke.
