Julian is an amazing performer, especially live. His sound is it’s most expressive and complex when solo on the piano, as opposed to his more recent efforts to crap it up with instrumental gimmicks and contrived pop-culture references that give it a false sense of superficiali t y . Still, he is underappreci a t e d for how miraculously skilled he is. I expect to see much more of him in the music world for years to come.

why isn't this chap more well known? Such great tunes and all his band sound like the best kind of musos,in a NYC way,I think.
