i am wondering where the Trickster album is??? Has Pandora engineers not uploaded it yet? I LOVE this band, from the very first song I hever heard..Not to mention the Amazingly modern re-do of "Crazy"- Patsy Cline was too shy too reveal such emotion as Free did...Would love to see them in Concert!!!

I love this band. I can feel her anger in many of the songs. Kidneythieve s exudes a genuine energy that a lot of bands fail to convey anymore.

What a pathetic bio. These two were a fav of mine back in the day.
Awesome!

They also have a previous Album called Trickster (and it's remastering and additional tracks) Tricksterrep r o c e s s and a few other tracks around. I wonder if there's a way to share them with Pandora to give them more details.
and @Khy Kohen: they broke up in 2002, Free Dominguez has a solo album out as well. |
i wonder if they'll release anything new...
I discovered this group from their EP phi in the sky. It made a greyhound bus ride from seattle 2 san fran much nicer!

This is a great band with a great record! I wonder what ever happened to them?

well, there is a version of "Trickster" that *was* available... it's called "Trickster Reprocess".. . I did a little nosing around and you can still get it from the KidneyThieve s . c o m store! Go there now and get that shizz! and while I was there, I found out they had a live cd in Chicago in 2002! I totally snacked that up. SaaWEET! KidneyThieve s rules!
and yes Killer, they are all worth buying ;) |
I really enjoy this sound. How are the rest of their CD's. Are they worth buying?
I first heard Kidneythieve s on the Queen of the Damned album. I bought Zerospace because of that one song, and loved it! I also have Phi in the Sky, but still haven't managed to get ahold of Trickster--e v e r y w h e r e I look people are asking too much for it. I love Kidneythieve ' s sound! And I really do hope that the previous poster is right, and they will have a new album out one of these days.
Too bad Trickster isn't on here, that album might be even better than Zerospace.
For those who don't know... they have been back in the studio for a while. They have been posting about it on the KT MySpace and on Free Dominguez's MySpace blogs. Can't wait, it has been far too long without new KT music.
