Last Step is none other than Aaron "Sparkling Water" Funk, most widely (probably) known as Venetian Snares. Also known as senetian vnares, Puff, ventriloquis t snakes, bee snares, snares man, etc etc.... This man is a genius and my personal savior. This seems to be a breakaway from his "usual" work into more IDM and Acid sounds.
