LOVE SCULPTURE is: Dave Edmunds, gtr/pno/org/ l d vcl // John Williams, bs/pno/vcls // Bob "Congo" Jones, drm/vcls -- "Blues Helping" (1968) IS available on CD (import, remastered) -- the LPs: US (on Rare Earth/Mowtow n ) and UK (EMI), burned to CD about 10 years ago -- used to manage a Licorice Pizza (CA record store-chain) , would play "Dont Answer The Door Baby" and sell at least 2 copies (imports only).
ALSO OF NOTE: Dave also produced the 1st Stray Cats album.

Love Sculpture kicked a**! Dave Edmunds was the guitarist, and he simply committed some of the most insane lead guitar to vinyl. They only released two full-length albums in their time, the blues-rock masterpiece, Blues Helping, and the more psychedelic Forms and Feelings (which contains the songs listed here). Edmonds then had a long solo career, and played with Rockpile.

How are any of these artists related to the group Love Sculpture? Why do you not play something from the actual group? I never knew the names of the muscians in the group. Thanks, Rick
