Da Lua is a DJ who became famous while playing at the club Casa da Matriz in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Back in the day (maybe 10 years ago) the Casa da Matriz was the only club in Rio to play Drum and Bass every Thrusday night at the Festa Febre and this style that mixes MPB (such as this sample from Seu Jorge) and DB beats became quite popular.
