Carol M. I totally agree Mario Lanza's Voice was the best. My mother use to take me to the movies to hear him I was 7 Or 8 when I first heard him sing.
Even Placido Domingo was influenced by Lanza to want to study to be the great singer Domingo has become I don,t think Pavarotti could even come close. That's just my personal opinion. Merry Christmas.

Absolutely the best voice of the 20th Century. Lanza's voice was crisp, clear and equally at home with opera and pops.
