4 stars-origin a l in pulse,very different than the epic showy bands across the pond.ambitio u s but not obnoxious like nightwish can sometimes be.great cd covers-great song titles.anyth i n g but flat.music for people who do not have private profiles-in other words-risk takers...exc e p t i o n a l music.

Yeah, I'll agree with you, there, Onyx. They're not as good as Nightwish or
Epica, but they're still good, although they pale in comparison to the aforemention e d bands. |

3 stars - they have moments of beauty in their music, churning the dark waters of angst and sorrow, bewitching though limited lyrical tones met with oft underwhelmin g instrumental s . To me, they come across as being flat. Not an entire loss, but Mortal Love seems more an imitator then an originator, trailing behind in the footsteps of it's predecessors to the European female-front e d goth and symphonic movement.

lame ? pop metal ? what is that ? sure, we already know you don't have to like it but there is goth,metal and tons of music in between and thats where I think ml falls.

LOL...I feel the same way, better late than never, I believe I missed this artist because bands from the Netherlands and even mainland Europe just don't seem to be promoted as much here. Kudos to Pandora, I now have a whole list of bands to enjoy!

I had no idea that Pandora was a front for Homeland Security. I thought I was safe in my pressed oxford, and khaki trousers. I'll make sure I listen to some nice adult rock at least once a day. Thanks for the heads up!

my job takes me out on the street as for now I have an office where I can relax and listen to mortal love and it settles my frustrations . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . f o r a few minutes-a time to debrief-know i n g that my speeding mind is only on probation... m y confused heart------- - o n parole.

okay so this is how it works,Pandor a is a front for Homeland Security and our acting big brother,it figures out things.you can't fool pandora with polo shirts and sunshinebeca u s e they assume you have a black goth heart by the music you have chosen.they are imposters and feed us goth to try to befriend us and then take information like blood and snort it because they are truly CIA vampires ,thats why i put in kelly clarkson and brittany sometimes,to change the scent. just a heads up for you.

the only word that comes to mind when listening is "haunting".. . stirs my insides like nothing else i've heard lately. the word "awesome" doesn't do justice. shame there's no bio.
