The Novells
Selected Discography
funky sound, relatively unknown, and good listen. some people just need to lighten up and rock out

The album cover kinda looks like Revolver, except this band did a better job than the Beatles.

Great sound, it's a hella lot better than listening to pedestrian over-played songs by the Who or Jefferson Airplane. IMO

maybe the album cover would sell well for 60's memoribilia, but you might as well use the vinyl itself as a frisbee. if i wanta hear crap, i'll listen to familiar crap, like j. airplane or the 13th floor elevators or the who.

Very obscure! White soul group on "Mother's Records," freaky Sunset Strip record label of soul producer H.B. Barnum. The label released a few singles, but I think this was only LP they ever put out. Liner notes by Tommy Boyce and Bobby Hart. Released 1968. A guy at a record store in Las Vegas had a sealed copy of this record, he was selling it for $300. (Around 2001.)
