I used to see them once a week at club DaDa in Deep Ellum, Dallas, TX. That was back in late nineties early 2000, I believe.

Great band and surely one of the best bands to see live, unfortunatel y that's all too rare these days. Also check out 'The Slack' which is another more current project with lead guitarist Chris Holt and drummer Tom Bridwell.

I think they're so good because they aren't trying too hard to sound like Phish, like some others . . .

I agree with cowboys1174. They sound alot like Phish, but in a good way. They take some of the best aspects of Phish.

Olospo is a band that played in Dallas from 2002-05ish. You are right...they are AMAZING live....ever y once in a while they play a "reunion" show. Check out Chris Holt, lead guitar, he has a solo album. And Britt Morris, keys and vocals, is working on a solo album, too.
