Sue J. says: The voice of an angel, floating in the clouds. The most relaxing music ever.
Gerogours lady with a voice that brings heaven to my ears. I am a fan of Celtic Women and this lady has a voice that in their part of Heaven.
She has an absolutely gorgeous voice!!! You feel as if you could just float away on the music.
Her music takes the soul to another place, anothe r time. Magical! It takes me to another life,in another when.I've been there!
Oh my god.... I love her music. The lilting tunes, mesmerizing lyrics, and a voice like a Goddess. I am a Pagan, and my
tradition is very deeply intertwined with Celtic traditions. Her music speaks to the very deepest parts of my heart. For that, I thank you, Ms. Fallon!!!! |
I just saw her last saturday night at the fab FOX Theatre in Saint Louis mo. with the Celtic Woman They all were awesome.
thank you for sharing your gift with the world; you're a delight to listen to
Listening to her is what is must have been like to hear Fairy music! It is hauntingly beautiful.
Her voice is truly enchanting. I have never heard a voice that sooths me as much as hers.
I heard her perfom live as part of 'Lord of Dance' at the Universal Amphitheatre around 1997, 2nd row! I was amazed how powerful the beauty of a single solo female vocal could feel. The chills wouldn't quit. Considering at the time, I was playing in a heavy funk metal band. To this day, Lord of Dance is the best show I've ever been to. Thanks Mom!
her voice is like an angel's - I was taken aback when I saw her name "Orla" as that was my grandfather' s name and we never knew anyone that had that name.
Celtic Woman ROCKS!!! She has the most enchanting voice of them all and she brings out the emotion in all of her songs
When God made angels, one of the best was Orla Fallon. Good Morn'n me dearest lassie...Oke '
Any voice that is part of the Celtic Women ensemble, past present and future, is heavenly! I must see them in person next time they are in the states. Who knows, maybe I will see them in their home country next year. Thank you PBS!

Dia Duit
I think Orla is the BEST of her genre by FAR!!!! She is all around my favourite of the Celtic Women group. |
I keep giving praise for this womans voice and talents, and I guess I always will...Keep singing Orla Falon...Oke'
Lovely, but I don't think she sounds much like Loreena (the queen of this genre, by far, IMO). I thought it was one of the girls from Clannad.
Wouldn't it be nice to be sung to sleep with a lullaby by this beautiful voice of hers?
Thought it was Loreena McKennitt when it started playing. I like Loreena McKennitt, like orla Fallon too. Will keep here in the list.
