Biography
Australian Rebecca St. James began her successful CCM vocal career at the age of 16, releasing her self-titled debut on Frontline Records in 1994. The following year, she was nominated for a Dove award as New Artist of the Year. Also in 1995, Forefront released a five-track EP of remixes. God followed in 1996, with the holiday release Christmas appearing a year later. St. James returned in 1998 with Pray. Transform followed two years later, with Worship God appearing in 2002.. After taking off some much needed time after an ambitious tour and live album, St. James reappeared in 2005 with the pop-friendly If I Had One Chance to Tell You Something.~ John Bush, All Music Guide

It is not irrational to believe in a Love so great that it created the universe and life. It is not irrational to believe in Someone who loved you so much that He gave His life to give you yours. It is not irrational to believe that I have a distinct purpose and that when I die I will not simply "not exist" anymore. I believe in One God who created the univers and life with a purpose, and I am so thankful that He loved me enough to create me. |

Um, religion is a set of beliefs. And it is difficult to argue, Christians believe in Jesus Christ and their God’s ability to provide for them during and after life. But this truly is comment about the artist, not concepts of religions. After first hearing Alive on my Flyleaf station, I was shocked to realize she was a Christian artist. She is very skilled, and the harmony supplementin g her voice is delightful. The variety in her music is inspiring and I have found her latest my favorite.

I was so happy to get to see her in concert. It was first rate, amazing, lights, sound, everything a "star" would have, and she gave it all for God. The alter call was flat out amazing!
