Rhinobucket
Selected Discography
They r an old band, but rock the house!!!!
Love the garage band sound. Like the first Motley cd |

I first heard these guys on the Wayne's World soundtrack. Bought this record and was not disappointed . . . i t kicks a**! BTW, Chuck T makes an important point, sad but probably true.

I agree. I thought it was AC/DC. I'd like to hear more from them and see a bio.

I had never heard this band before and when the song started playing I thought it was an AC/DC song that I had never heard. Judging from this one song they sound pretty good.

Sometimes I think it is better that a band doesn't "catch on" and become huge. Look at what happened to Guns and Roses. There are many many kick a** bands grinding out a living playing live and releasing mostly ignored records - that their die-hard fans love. Success sometimes just 'ucks things up.

Memo to Georg Dolivo- Bon Scott already had the distinguishe d voice you imitate, and Brian Johnson has done it better since Bon's passing. Find a new act to rip off. Actually, nevermind. You have no demographic beyond TA and Camaro driving white trash from the 80's. Forget I ever said anything hahaha!!
If you dumb, redneck as* had a clue... these guys were from the late 80's/early 90's and they rocked hard... same with Helmet. Beat It Dead Like A Dog, baby! |

I don't know what Chux is thinkin'. if you don't like Rhinobucket, you probably don't like rock -n- roll. This is raw, in your face rock in the tradition of early AC/DC. Good call kanderson. I was rockin' to these guys way back in '89, and it is too bad they never really caught on. The 2nd album wasn't as good as the first, but the first rocked beginning to end. One more one night stand baby!
|
||
rock without the pretense... just a driving rhythm, a pulsing bass, loud guitars and a gritty voice.... It's a shame that they sounded so much like AC/DC... I think it distracted people from just how great the band is...

Rhinobucket sounds like early AC/DC. Very raw, edgy, rough, sex, drugs, beer drinkin, hell raising rock and roll. If you don't like Rhinobucket you probally drive a Volvo and listen to The Village People, Elton John and Frankie Goes to Hollywood. Too bad they never made it to the main stream!

These guys make me visualize a retired beach volleyball player guzzling a very warm half empty michelob after doing crank with busted rock "chix" at their cheese factory company pic-nic. I can't imagine liking anyone who "jams" out to this crap from behind the wheel of thier trans am or whatever they just ripped off from the local strip joint parking lot. Barf
