Biography
Kingston-based dancehall singer Richie Spice (a.k.a. Richell Bonner) comes from a reggae family: his brothers include DJ Snatcher Dogg, vocalist Spanner Banner, and producer Pliers of Chakademus and Pliers. Spice began his career opening his brothers' shows and started recording singles with producers like Clive Hunt and Dennis "Star" Hayles in the mid-'90s. His debut album, Out of the Blue, arrived soon after, and his second, Universal, was released in 2000. ~ Heather Phares, All Music Guide

its real muzic. real message. its positive. he speaks from the heart and he speaks with his joy and pain and love all at the same time. he's real hot.

Consistency is the key to this mans success. Every song has the same texture. His character blends with his voice and his features match his voice. His modesty on the mic makes him easy to love. He never forces himself far outside his range although you get the feeling he could go there. He writes a song and you get the feeling he could make the sentiments much more complicated but he doesn't sacrifice being relatable to everyone. Its difficult to be beautifully simple. He is good,but does is not even close to the talent of Sizzla. Sizzla has out over 55 albums,and hundreds of singles. But,it's reallynot fair to compare anyone else to Sizzla,cause he is in a leauge of his own. But Richie spice, has a good BoBo Vibe.
