Next to Wayne McGhie's LP on birchmount, this stands as one almost as rare. Who is the group on this record? On the ripping cover of hendrix's 'fire', the singers says "move over while WAYNE takes over" just speculation! This was recorded in 1969, Wayne is the singer, but who exactly is it? 2 Waynes recorded on Birchmount at this time, Wayne McGhie and and Wayne Versage. It's not Versage. At this time, studios commonly cut cover albums using studio musicians. Is this Wayne McGhie?
