Biography
Illinois-based pop/rock outfit Run Kid Run combines infectious melodies and uplifting lyrics into an exuberant sound that's both catchy and accessible. The group is comprised of vocalist/guitarist David Curtis, guitarist/vocalist Neil Endicott, bassist Lyle Chastain, and drummer Matt Jackson. The band was a member of the Tooth and Nail family by the beginning of 2006 and worked under the direction of producer James Paul Wisner (Dashboard Confessional, New Found Glory) for their debut full-length, This Is Who We Are, released that May. Supporting tour dates were played nationwide throughout that summer and into the fall. ~ Corey Apar, All Music Guide

Well, Pandora may not be the best for getting the music in, but can you blame them? They probably have to jump through insane hoops to let us stream awesome music all the time.
Speaking of awesome music, this band is easily one of my favorites. Their songs get stuck in your head and you cant help but sing along with them! Truly top-notch music. |

I have to say that pandora sucks at getting new albums on the site. (pillar is still missing "for the love of the game" even though it has been over a year since it came out!)

I don't know how you could not compare them to fall out boy. They don't have their newest album "love at the core" on here, which they should, but if you get a chance just listen to the song "sure shot". If fall out boy would play that song it would sound identical. I like both bands music but I'd rather listen to God-glorifyi n g music so I choose run kid run.

You know, it's kind of funny, 'cause I saw them at rock the coast 2008 and they suck live. But on the radio they sound okay. I wonder...but I guess it matters on what you like.

Bands aren't bagged on because they are too mainstream, take for example Led Zepplin or Bob Marley. Bands get bagged on because the members write bad pop crap and run around like douche bags. |

They sound great, but the singer does have some fallout boy-esque qualities. By the way... why does everyone have to hate on Fallout boy? I've never been that big a fan, but there isn't much to dislike. Is it because they're too "mainstream" ? C'mon... get over yourself... just gonna ditch out on your band when too many people start liking them? Oh yeah... you are.

It says they're Illonois-bas e d , but is there singer originally from a northern state? He has a northern accent when he sings. Sounds good.

A great album with infectious melodies, soaring choruses, and positive lyrics. "Love at the Core" definitely needs to be on here as well.

they sound nothing even remotely like fall out boy. idk how people could mistake that. fall out boys singer is garbage and sounds nothing like this guy

One of my favorite bands. I love their first album,"this is who we are," and their new album,"Love at the Core," is even better.Their a great band with a great message.

very good band. first time i heard this song, i would have bet my mother it was a fallout boy song, but.. well, i owe some people some mothers =D again, excellent band.

Run Kid Run knows exactly what to put in their music. It's unlike other artists, which captures your attention right away.

How can you beat this band? They are one of the best I have ever heard of! I am soooo excited to see what new songs will be on their new album!!!

There are only a few artists who can make a song with good beats and good messages. This band manages it though. And does a great job.

I love love love the song "sing to me". It's lyrics ROCK! And the tune is sooo catchy! It's always stuck in my head.:))
