Actually Skeeter did a lot more than just her one big hit. Skeeter Davis received five Grammy nominations including four for Best Female Country Vocal Performance in 1964 ("He Says the Same Things to Me"), 1965 ("Sunglasses " ) , 1967 ("What Does It Take"), and 1972 ("One Tin Soldier"). I actually remember buying her first album in around 1963.

You guys need to take a deep breath and chill out. I believe End of the World was skeeter's one and only hit. After that she vanished.

I wanted more of Skeeter Davis, but got directed to Sue Thompson, Sandy Posey, et al. What gives? I want a Skeeter Davis station.
