Biography
Baltimore hardcore act the Slumlords (not to be confused with the '90s metal band of like name) was formed in 2003 and consists of vocalist Jeff Perlin (ex-Breakdown), guitarist Dom, bassist Doug E and drummer Scott. Signed by Perfect Victim Records on the strength of their first, self-financed EP, the Slumlords released their self-titled debut in 2004. ~ Eduardo Rivadavia, All Music Guide
