5-20, is fantastic, actually. As is "Chikenesque " .
"Nowhere to Run" is clearly an excellent piece of genius - this band's best work - but that's not to imply the rest of the album is not worth a listen.
it may be true that no other song posseses the same amount of purpose and emotion that Nowhere to Run expresses - the others, perhaps, progressing at a much slower mood - that is still to be appreciated as the certian consistency every band is expected to portray.

love the music. don't think it sounds like crystal castles. it doesn't have the pounding deep emotion that crystal castles have. but nonetheless i love it.

Just listened to Nowhere To Run on a Crystal Castles playlist. I like it! Lots of my friends call music like this 'detached' but i think that it's detached from organic expressions of emotion but perfectly reflects a more contemporary technologica l l y affected expression of angst and... something else that escapes me or i have not the capacity to define.
