This sounds like Death Cab for Cutie in disquise. Maybe they did this one song under the name summer skinny. Death Cab does have a song called "summer skin". Hmmmmm

Not sure how these guys got on the disturbia soundtrack but here is what their MySpace page says about themselves.
"The band was created because of a bet. Winner gets $5. Loser forms a band." I'm guessing one of the band members was caught with his pants down with the lead singers girl one too many times resulting in boundaries having to be established among the various band members causing the drummer to go crazy and finally leave and pursue his dream of producing the first Frankenstein ballet
