I was standing in another room listening to Pandora and thought, "I need to go see who this band is. They're great, and the keyboard player is smokin'." Shocked to see the Ted Moses Quintet -- Ted was my jazz mentor when I lived in Tulsa, OK. He is an incredible player and the best teacher I have ever had. I am fond of saying that Ted taught me more about music in three years than I learned in my whole life previous. Great man, great band. Way to go Ted!
