White Light Riot consists of Minneapolis natives, brothers Mike and Mark Schwandt, Joe Christenson and Dan Larsen. The foursome played together since 2005 growing an ever increasing fan base in the twin cities. Atomism, their first full-length album, was produced/co- e n g i n e e r e d by Brent Sigmeth (Grant Hart, They Might Be Giants) co-engineere d by Paul Marino (The New Congress, Desdemona). It was released nationally August 21, 2007 and was named one of the best releases out of Minneapoli
