This track (Zbigniew Karkowski) sounds similar to some of what Pi Cab Alter does. Who Pi Cab Alter is, I haven't been able to determine, but if you appreciate noise (organized or otherwise) you should find anything you can and hear it loud. Gonna see if more of Zbigniew Karkowski can be found now.
