Amazing film score (one of the very few I own), but what is with Pandora?! This was sandwiched in between the theme from Star Wars Episode I and a freakin' "Best of Club Hits" dance track! *boggle* (and talk about a rude transition to the latter). - I wanted electronica in line with E.S. Posthumus and much of what I get is techno/tranc e / h o u s e stuff :/

OMG the scores for this trilogy are incredible. Some of this music (and this song) brings chills and often will choke me up and bring a tear. Imagine that, a 40 year old man brought to tears by a theme. As a working musician, I appreciate the power of music. I wrote a 16 song album solely with midi instruments with a goal in mind, and achieved it with feedback from listeners who told me some of the tunes made them feel like they were in space. Music is so powerful.

If you wanna hear more LOTR songs do this... create a channel called epic soundtracks and add LOTR songs to your variety. This is what I did and I also found a lot of music from film scores that I now am in love with... The Last of the Mohicans score for example... I love it!

any idea of where to purchase this version with boy soprano rather than the one offered through the "buy" button? The ITunes version I bought has a female vocalist, and is from the soundtrack. Though beautiful, it doesn't come close to matching the ethereal beauty of this version. I stop dead in my tracks and can do nothing but listen everytime it comes on.
