I def understand a mother's love-- but I also know how it is to not have a bond with ur child right away.. My daughter was born 2 1/2 months early and she was in the hospital for a month... For the 1st year I had to struggle to understand what a maternal bond feels like.. I know now, she is almost 5 but she is the #1 thing in my life, over anyone, anything... etc etc

if you think about it, the words of this song really do describe a mother's love. if you are the average mom (and not one of those strange people who gave birth but for whatever odd reason, have no maternal instinct and don't know how to bond w/ their kids), this is how you feel about your children. climb a mountain, cross an ocean, lay your life down, ANYTHING GOES if it is for the well being of your child.
