max s you obvious dont listen to tool, theie music is unique by all means the way they compose write and perform is nothing similar to anyone this is a once in a generation band.

the lyrics are almost the same to Counting bodies like sheep to the rythum to the war drum, but without the war drums.

i dont mean to be trolling this page, but it's late and i'm bored..
i think you misunderstoo d my last comment. i'm not saying APC and TOOL dont have their own sounds.. in fact, i completely agree with you on the synopsis you have at the bottom. what i was trying to say is, they are bands of equal quality, but this song, of both TOOL and APC's lists of songs, is up in the top three. |
||
Naw, Max S is wrong.
APC and Tool are simmilar, but APC has it's sound and Tool has it's own. Tool can pull off that unique, dark gloomy hard rock sound that few others can, APC is more facing the mainstream direction.. not that it's anything close to mainstream. |
||
otseis, i gotta say, i dont always agree with you.. TOOL and APC are on par with each other on the whole, but with this song APC can top any TOOL song you name, with the possible exception of Schism.
-edit- oh, hey, i'm on page two. i gotta remember where i comment.. |

Great lyrics on this one.
Still not as good as When he's with Tool, but definitley my fave from A perfect Circle. |

This is one of the creepiest songs ever, yet one of the most soothing... I love it.

for some reason, this song always comes on right as i'm about to go to sleep. i've been dreaming to the tune of either this song or wardrums for days now.
three cheers for 'Pet'. -edit- two months later.. i'm either starting to lose my mind, or i just really like this song. -thinks- okay, so it's my favorite song on my station. and i'm insane. |

His profound depths continue to amaze me, easily comparable to Aenima, Jimmy, or Undertow. This song makes me think, perhaps there is a "pet" in each of us.
