Back in high school i thought I'd seen it all when Van Halen opened for Black Sabbaths never say die tour cobo hall Detroit 1979. Just a punk a** kid livin a dream. But the day i stood 3 rows back at pine knob (Clarkston mich) and watch Randy Rhodes!!! Something very vivid in my mind as i write this. My favourite Ozzy/Rhodes. Tune...well you can't kill Randy Rhodes....

I saw this tour in Chicago on a f**ckin freezing cold night in Janurary 1982, my freind was so drunk, he made me stop on the tollway so he could take a leak, I was so drunk I went along with it, God was I stupid then. But Randy Cranked out the strings it was awesome! DE

Ozzy has alot of great songs.My favorite is Crazy Train.
Carole, saying he's half crazy isn't a fitting tribute. He's f**king insane.

It's a good thing.
Its near impossible to pick my favorite Ozzy song but this is in the top 5. From one of my favorite all time albums. I simply have always loved the sound of his voice. He is not the best vocalist but it is what he does with his voice and just the sound of it that makes him a joy to listen to. He could sing f**king Pop Goes the Weasel and I'd like it. And he always surrounds himself with great musicians, from Randy to Zakk. How can you not love this half crazy b**tard.
