I find it difficult to convey to you what I call Dixieland Jazz, Small band jazz, Big band Swing (Big Bands cannot play jazz), and small band swing. I've been treying to straighten you out to m y way of thinking today on Dixieland Jazz. I hope you have received everything I have written today. I do not think what Barney Kessel is playing is Dixieland. What the Dukes of Dixieland are playing IS Dixieland. I deleted one by mistake because I do n ot understand your system.
