I grew up listening to artists like James Brown, Marvin Gaye, Aretha Franklin, and the like. As time moved on, my musical tastes gravitated more to a jazz-type format,with a LOT of "OLD SCHOOL FUNK" in the mix. One thing I do miss, though. A BAND THAT CAN REALLY SING AND PLAY THEIR INSTRUMENTS. Am I alone in this?
