This entire account is devoted to Japanese music. Practically all the Japanese artists available on Pandora are represented here. If I'm missing any, feel free to post a comment to let me know. Pandora doesn't have a very large selection of Japanese artists, so it's up to us to listen to it in high enough volume that they seek out more. I would also suggest emailing them album suggestions. If enough people make the same requests, they will certainly act on it.

Many of these artists also do the soundtracks for various anime such as Naruto, Ghost in the Shell, Inuyasha, Spirited Away, full Metal Alchemist and even shows like the Power Puff Girls.

As a note to anyone who likes music that isn't well represented on Pandora: it is essential that you listen to it and encourage others to do the same. It is also important to make your own stations, both specific to the artists and to the genre in general. The reason is that Pandora picks songs to play based on what others have chosen before. This helps out anyone who makes stations of a similar nature by focusing that genre.
