I am thirty something, and grew up with music all around me. I have one daughter, who shares my passion for music. My late father was a musician in his free time. He could play many instruments and loved to sing with my mom and us. Some of my fondest memories are of sitting at his feet, listening to him play and sing. Music has always been a big part of my life. It is a source of deep healing to me. My soul would suffer without it. I am very fortunate to have been exposed to many different tupes of music from a very young age. I have an older brother and sister who listened to great music, and I grew up playing their records and cassettes. My brother, also a musician, listened to bands before most people had ever heard of them. So, I heard some great artists before they had gained fame with a wide audience. He always had an ear for great music. I love this station because you have music that I sometimes can't find anywhere else.
