i also run track
i run 5ks. 5ks are 3.1 mile road races. my best time is 21:50. I ran my best time at the sourwood 5k in black mountian N.C. at black mountian i got an award for best overall male there. it said i am the top 12% in the world for 11 through 12 year olds.
I also run the 100 and 400 meters and the mile. my best mile is 6:16
i also run 8ks. thats a 5 mile road race.
my best 8k time is 37:39
i have run one 10k witch is 6.2 miles. i ran it in 50:45
