I grew up on 70's pop/rock music,I played trombone and tuba, music has always been a large part of my life.

I enjoy a wide variety of music, and I have spent some time trying to appreciate great artists no longer with us, from Miles Davis and John Coltrane to Laura Nyro and Johnny Cash.

It is hard to even listen to good new artists these days, music appreciation is slipping,and I think this may well be " The Dark Ages " for music and music fans alike.

Pandora, thanks for making some good new music come into my office/home each day that I would not have heard otherwise.
