I like music that moves me emotionally, mentally, and despite my unfortunate inablity to dance; physically. And far more often than not, "conventional" or main stream music is not suffice. Which is why I look to great bands like Arcade Fire, Beirut and Grizzly Bear to save me from a dreary world of stale and unoriginal music.
Am I a music snob? Certainly. And who with an original thought in her head wouldn't be considering the unintelligent dribble of top 40 radio.
