Air Force Brat childhood exposed me to foreign culture and music, and I loved coloring "outside the lines" as a kid
and young adult. My Dad was a big jazz fan, and tutored me well, even during my rock'n'roll years, and then I liked some folk and funk and punk and ska before worldbeat.
But the Blues is where my heart lies...simple honest and
accessible, a ticket to somewhere else to lose your woes.
