I'm a busy paralegal, single parent of 2 biological kids and about 6 adoptees (the lovely lawyers I work with)...just kidding!! They all keep me super busy. I have an eclectic taste for musical genres, but most soothing during the work day is classical music. Specifically over the last year or so, I have come to enjoy the minimalist composers. I also enjoy requiems and lamentations -- yes, I realize they are dark, moody and sometimes sad, but for some reason they help me to focus and stay calm, especially when working under pressure. I also enjoy ANYTHING by Gabriela Montero, electronic/techno, R&B, some pop, Christian (both old world and contemporary gospel) and some country music (mostly contemporary)
