I sang in the same church choir years before
the new kids on the block. While at Polaroid
I was entered in the cardio vascular program
where i met Eileen Stuart who introduced me to
the Relaxation Response of Herbert Benson, the
father of that program. Eileen co-authored a
book with Benson.
I am constantly seeking relaxing music.
Particularly when it is rapidly dissapearing.
