I joined Pandora to hear rock music, especially progressive and technical metal that kicks a**.

What I like in my music:
Stellar musicianship, complex arrangements, subtle harmonies, smart lyrics, kick-a** riffage, melodies that stick in your head, aggression, anger, a hint of darkness and melancholy, a straight-up rock approach, and bludgeoning heaviness.

Hair metal, prog rock, prog metal, power metal, southern metal, grunge, biker metal, nu-metal, radio rock, sludge metal, death metal... There are parts of all those types that I like (and parts that I don't).

For the most part, it doesn't matter to me what it's called or whether it's new or old, as long as it's good. And as long as it ROCKS. And the heavier, the better.
