i love music.... most all music.....even a little country(charley daniels, freddy fender, ray charles, etc.)
even when i'm not listening to music, i have a song in my head.
prince was probably my first influence. i thought he was the beginning and end of soul music til i heard sly stone and jimi hendrix. it blew my mind to think that even geniuses can be influenced by those who came before....
i'm rambling but music is my soul and without it i could't live thru the day....so, i can talk about it for hours.
lately, anthony hamilton, raphael saadiq, musiq, and lenny kravitz make the stuff that moves me.......(sorry d'angelo and prince) you gotta bring it to get play in my ride.
