My parents are from Caguas and Fajardo. I was born and raised in the largest part of of Puerto Rico, The Bronx. I grew up listening to everything NY had to offer. Salsa, Raggae, Rap, House, Freestyle, Dancehall, Mambo, Merengue, Reggaeton etc... In the HIP HOP/B-Boy seen before most. NYC Breakers, Rock Steady, Train Taggin', Hittin' beats on cafetteria tables bustin' rhymes before they even made it to radio. Moved to Los Angeles via the Marine Corp. As I got stable, I started DJing on the side and I had the luxury of working and meeting Jennifer Lopez, Madonna, Jimmy Smits, Celia Cruz, DLG, Willie Colon, Gilberto Santa Rosa, Buena Vista Social Club, Roberto Roena, El Gran Combo, Mark Anthony and many others. The love for my culture and music goes beyond words. I'm glad that I was born under such great pride and well... la mejor musica del mundo!
