i'm really easy going, but i know what i like so naturally my music is the same....there are points when i love the "harder" stuff, but i never really go into screamo...my music MUST and i repeat MUST have a melody of some sort...i do not focus on rhythm so much and so rap and techno are not that big of an influence...some of my favorite bands are: Nightwish, Enya, Evanescence, Apocalyptica, Moby, Within Temptation and many others....i am big into movie soundtracks (the ones without words) some examples: Star Wars, LOTR (of course), practically anything by Hans Zimmer (such as Gladiator), pirates of the caribbean, Matrix, and others....i generally hate rap (remember what i said about melodies), hip hop, and country is the worst (it's the accent)....i could go on trust me...i love music and am always interested in finding new bands i like....i am also interested in jazz...not the "airport jazz" as i call it, but the restaurant style jazz...think old detective movies and you've got it...in addition the old Swing music of your grandparents (most likely) is really appealing to me as well...classical music has influenced my tastes tremendously and is an underlying theme in all my genres...those old composers were the true music geniuses......also a note on the bookmarked songs and bands....i would bookmark them, but there would be way too many and it would take too long...Comment the page if you want more info on me, want to just talk music, or even if you sympathize with my tastes and have some suggestions.
