I was turned on to a lot of music because of my dad and mom. both were excellent dancers of swing, jazz, country, etc. Heavily influenced by bob wills, ray price, ella fitzgerald, dorsey, glenn miller, any good vocalist, stylist, crooner, blues,jazz,country,rockabilly, b l u e g r a s s , g r a n d ole opry,everything. I have been blessed to meet everybody that meant anything music to me. singers,players,everybody. The great eldon shamblin was our neighbor. anybody from Tulsa knows a lot of music people. so I really like this concept of radio and playlists, etc. let me know if my music hits or misses. i'm 55 and still alive and well in Tulsa, the home of Western Swing and the Cain's Ballroom!
