Originally a clubdate pianist in NYC, then a composer and arranger of ethnic music, eventually a rabbi, scholar, visionary writer. A surprising life to all concerned. Have three children, all in the Arts: Writer, Opera Singer, Actress. Wife is artsy too (sings). I am a sucker for Puccini, Mahler, Bill Evans, Tito Puente, Art Tatum, Old Blue Eyes, McCoy Tyner, Shirley Horn, Ray Charles, Aretha Franklin, Mozart, and lots more. Eclectic musically and love Pandora for expanding my horizons.
