And Obama's top priorities (the nat. econ., hlth care & energy) all hinge on it. Best strategies, proposed by Time: 1)Make it Clear, 2)Make it Easy, 3)Make it Popular, & 4)Make it Mandatory. "Transcend our folly, restrain our ids, harness our conformity/inertia/weakness so to do less of the things that hurt us & our country.
In the physical world, we understand our limitations. Nobody gets upset because we can't fly. We just design something to help us fly.
