Music has always been an escape for me, a safe haven. I have wide musical tastes and tend to get a tad obsessive. A few years ago it was Bob Wills and the Texas Playboys (my kids loved that one, let me tell ya) and after a visit to his house 2 years ago I immersed myself in Scott Joplin. I try to enlighten my co-workers but they are sticking with their Van Halen and Mariah! The only new artists I enjoy right now are ok go and Vampire Weekend. I could listen to Jimmy Buffett every day, and now that I have found Pandora, I just might!
