I was born in Palenque Barceloneta Puerto Rico, I came to New York in 1956. I grew up in an insitution called St. Michaels in Staten Island NY. When I finished High school i wanted to see the states, so a friend and i set across the country. We ended up in California. San Francisco to be exact. I became a officer of the law in 1979 married in 1981, had three beautiful kids, own my house, and just waitting to retire.
All the traveling we listened to salsa music. In SF there was no salsa but they did have latin rack such as Carlos Santana Malo Azteca Bandios and others. But nothing could replace the real sound of music that can make want to dance when ever you heard it. This one reason why I love internet. I can listen to my salsa when ever I want and as long as I want, I am pleased the way my life has gone and hope that all that reads will enjoy life and salsa as much as I have.
