Frank Sinatra, Count Basie, Quincy Jones - Sinatra at the Sands with Count Basie & Quincy Jones. This album swings. My comment: This album shows off each of these men at their musical best. Their music recorded at the Sands in 1966 as I remember. I had always enjoyed the Sinatra singing the slow ballads early on but moved away from listening to him in the 50's. But Basie and Jones were always on top in my mind. Hearing these three together at the Sands blew my minds with their individual talents combined into one enjoyable and swinging presentation.
