I am working on a complete theory of Aesthetics in my free time when I am not working on Nanoscience. It is still a work in progress but I feel I have a vague sense of the frame work.
I am able to appreciate any type of music as long as it is in the spirit of Art for Art's sake.
Currently I find myself listening to a lot ambient music (Brian Eno, Boards of Canada and Autechre..) and music similar to Animal Collective.
Finally, I would like to add that I love to collect music. My I-pod has 40 Gbits of music covering a very broad spectrum. So, if you have any suggestions please leave me a message!
